By accessing or using TeenWorks, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.

Eligibility & Parental Consent

TeenWorks is intended for teens ages 13–17. If you are under 16, a parent/guardian must provide consent before you create an account or submit personal information.

Verification

For safety, accounts are verified. Employers and job postings are also verified to the extent reasonably possible. While we work to reduce risk, TeenWorks cannot guarantee outcomes or the conduct of third parties.

User Rules

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• No harassment, exploitation, discrimination, or unsafe behavior.
• No misleading job postings or attempts to contact minors outside approved processes.
• No attempts to disrupt, hack, or abuse the site.

Content

You’re responsible for what you submit. You grant TeenWorks a limited license to host and display your content as needed to operate the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, safety concerns, or suspected fraud.

Disclaimers

TeenWorks is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for employment decisions or interactions between users and employers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeenWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
